well, this is a page about my fav recipes. Actually I’m not an expert girl in cooking. But I this activity. Sometimes I spend my weekend with my mom and my lil’ sista to cook some simple recipes, there are….

Chocolate balls


ingredients:

♣  250 g Marie biscuits
♣  1 cup coconut
♣  2 tablespoons cocoa
♣  1 400g can sweetened
♣  condensed milk
♣  chocolate sprinkles

how to make it?

Crush biscuits finely. Add coconut and cocoa and mix well. Stir in condensed milk. Form into balls and roll in the chocolate sprinkles.

Refrigerate for a couple of hours for best results.

Yummy!


Tiny Pizzas

Ingredients:
♥ 1 standard-sized bagel, cut in half

♥ tomato sauce

♥ shredded mozzarella cheese

♥ toppings like diced green pepper, chopped onion, or chopped tomato (whatever you like)

♥ seasonings like oregano, basil, and pepper


How to make it:

♥ Preheat the oven to 325° F.

♥ Spread tomato sauce on each bagel half.

♥ prinkle the shredded cheese all over the tomato sauce on each half.

♥ Add your favorite toppings.

♥ Put a light sprinkling of seasonings on each half.

♥ Put your bagel halves on the baking sheet.

♥ Bake in the oven on low heat for about 5 to 8 minutes. You’ll know they’re done when the cheese is bubbly.

♥ Let cool for a minute,

then enjoy your tiny pizzas!

Fresh Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

· 6 peaches, peeled, pitted, and chopped


· 1 pound strawberries, rinsed, hulled, and sliced


· 1/2 pound seedless green grapes


· 1/2 pound seedless red grapes


· 3 bananas, peeled and sliced


· 1/2 cup granulated sugar, or less, to taste



Dressing:


· juice of one lime


· 1/2 cup pineapple juice


· 1 teaspoon ground ginger


How to make it:

Combine chopped and sliced fruits in a large serving bowl; toss gently.

Sprinkle with sugar.

Whisk together remaining ingredients in a small bowl or 1 cup measure.

Pour dressing mixture over fruit and toss gently to combine.

Cover and chill the fruit salad thoroughly before serving.


Chicken Salad Rolls


Ingredients :

  • 1 cup shredded, cooked chicken
  • 1/3 cup “something crunchy” (celery, apple, radish, sweet pickle slices or a combo)
  • “Something oniony,” like 1 scallion or 1/4 small red onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or plain yogurt
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 whole-wheat hot dog buns

How to make it :

Stir chicken, the “something crunchy,” “something oniony,” and mayonnaise or yogurt together until evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. (This can be made the night before, and refrigerated.)

Evenly fill the hot dog buns with the salad mix. Wrap in parchment or butcher paper

p.s : Roasted turkey is great in these as well. Or, for adventurous eaters, make it curried: Stir 2 teaspoons curry powder, 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro and 1/4 cup golden raisins into the mix.
